Hi Pierre,
Do you have multiple versions of Sonar installed on your PC? If so, you can try removing those as well.
In addition, here are the steps needed to do a complete uninstall of any Sonar version (just substitute the version number)...
- Go to Start | Programs | Cakewalk | SONAR 6 Producer Edition and select “Uninstall SONAR 6 Producer Edition” - Choose “Automatic” for the uninstall type, click Next, then click Finish. - On the dialogs that appear, choose “Yes to All” - Go to Start | Run, and type “regedit” - Navigate to HKEY_Current_User\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR Producer\ and delete the “6.0” key - Navigate to HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR Producer\ and delete the “6.0” key - Open Windows Explorer, navigate to \Program Files\Cakewalk\ and delete the SONAR 6 Producer Edition directory
Always back up your system before making major changes. I suggest using Acronis True Image.
